Whenever Lana Price* received a text from the buddy in London saying he would seen her photos on Tinder, she assumed it had been bull crap.
It wasn’t until her friend delivered her a screen shot of a lady known as ‘Lilly’ regarding the app that is dating she began to worry.
The Cardiff-based 27-year-old had never opened a Tinder account and hadn’t gone to London for months, generally there had been no mistaking that this is an imposter.
“I was horrified”; she explained. “Every second that passed, I became more focused on exactly exactly just what harm this fraudster could possibly be doing to my image”.
Lana is self-employed along with her expert Facebook profile is associated with her individual one, therefore merely deactivating her account wasn’t an alternative, because it would harm her business. (mais…)
